Job Description
Recruitment
Handling all technical, functional, business positions for corporate/manufacturing based at the corporate office.
Develop and update job descriptions.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media/ recruitment consultants.
Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding about the role.
Regular follow up with hiring managers for feedback on profiles/evaluation form.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across including interviews, selection, and exit process.
Perform reference checks and process on short listed candidates.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Recruitment Operations
Coordinate with vendors for placement agreements
Monitoring employee documents.
Preparation of Appointment/Offer Letters.
Maintaining trackers & report generation (Induction feedback ).
Provide weekly recruitment reports.
Update employment exchange report every month
Pre Employment
Initiate onboarding process for candidates before joining.
Pre joining counselling to fill forms online.
On-Boarding Activities
Briefing new joiners about the induction plan on their date of joining
Co-ordinating for induction process.
Campus visit for new hires.
Scheduling Technical induction and co-ordinate for the same.
Introducing new staff to their respective departments.
Administer & submit all hiring documents of new hires to HR operations team.
