YOUR MISSION
Provides support to HRIS Teamhead, Head of HRIS in WORKDAY related and other global HR related projects.
Supports the stabilization of the WORKDAY production environment.
Ownership over providing resolution to daily issues raised by countries in timely manner and follow our standard ticketing model.
Work with the countries to define and identify needed configuration to fully understand business requirements based on the tickets raised by them.
Develop the concept, design, Configure and Implement new configurations as part of daily support work.
Ownership over mass uploads (EIB) to maintain PUMA HR data and assist PUMA Global HR in maintaining a high data accuracy.
Supports the HR IT oversight and management of vendor partners providing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Reviews applications, procedures, workflow, and vendor specifications to ensure systems are operating correctly, features are being fully utilized, and data is generated accurately
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any relevant field of study.
Experienced in any programming language (Java, C#, C++, HTML, PHP).
Analytical – ability to transform complex requirements in simple flow chart diagrams.
Cloud Computing Projects in the Bachelor Degree is a plus.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time.
Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on any challenge.
Ability to design as well as configure the requirements without external help.
Strong Team Player.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Experience in handling Workday or any other HRIS and mass data integrations (EIBs) is a plus.
