Role:
Contract work management in relation to Engineering Services with Parent company and with external vendors/technology partners
Responsibility:
Contracts vetting, analysis and execution.
Non-disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements analysis and execution.
Related party transactions and Arm’s length/Transfer pricing analysis.
Closely working with Engineering, Legal, and Finance departments to execute different types of Contracts/NDAs and Related party transactions.
Systematization of contract management work to reduce turnaround time and improve efficiency.
Billing and calculation of different types of expenses associated with a contract.
Competency Requirement:
Technical/Functional:
Good knowledge and exposure about Contract work management.
Financial acumen to understand billing work and analyze transactions from taxation perspective.
Professional working experience in Audit company
Strong communication skills and team player.
Conversant in Legal and Financial terms.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: B-Tech/BE)
