Our Global Expense & Corporate Card Operations team is searching for an operations professional to support the business. This position is located in Mumbai and will be responsible for providing an excellent employee experience for all Netflix Expense & Corporate Card related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, able to process a large volume of corporate card orders and inquiries, and will possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage administration of the corporate card program, including but not limited to: issuance of new cards, increases in card limits, fraud charge inquiries and lost cards.
- Field and respond to corporate card charge inquiries related to expense report creation and submissions in Workday.
- Assist expense team analysts regarding employee related inquiries.
- Assist in employee outreach and engagement related activities.
- Day to day management of corporate card orders and issues.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes.
- Finance and/or operational experience preferred.
- Basic accounting understanding related to coding of expenses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive improvements and continuously simplify processes.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ticketing system experience – ZenDesk is a plus.
- Corporate Card and Expense systems experience – experience with Workday Expense, CitiBank systems is a plus.
Tax Analyst – India

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and talented Tax Analyst for India with a strong tax compliance background who would be part of the tax team located in Mumbai, reporting to the Tax Manager. As our India operations are growing and expanding rapidly and this person will gain excellent learning opportunities and exposure through working on exciting projects with Direct and Indirect tax impact. This person will be working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external tax service providers to evaluate and implement tax compliance requirements, support on tax assessments/litigations and impact on business operations both from a direct and indirect tax perspective.
The core tax responsibilities include:
Tax Compliance:
Assist with all direct tax compliances including corporate income tax, withholding tax compliances, etc.
Assist with all indirect tax compliances i.e. GST filings, GST audits / annual returns, etc.
Tracking and reporting of taxes
Work closely with Accounting / Finance teams, ensuring all India specific compliance and tax accounting requirements are met
Tax Assessment / Litigation:
Assist in handling tax assessments / queries raised by the tax department
Preparations of various letters / response to notices, appeals and other documents for submission to the tax department
Doing research on tax issues and prepare technical documentation
Work closely with the finance team and external service providers
Month-end Tax Accounting Close:
Creating journal entries, monitoring tax accounts positions, performing tax account reconciliations, etc.
Tax Projects:
Assist with various exciting projects in a fast-changing tax landscape including working closely with internal stakeholders to understand the tax impact of business operations arising from the projects and ensure that direct and indirect tax compliance needs are identified, considered and communicated as well as implemented.

Candidate Profile:
- A great communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal teams and external advisors

- Proactive, hands-on and innovative

- Willing to travel to our offices overseas
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of direct and indirect tax compliance experience in a Big4 and/or a corporate environment
- Experience working on tax accounting and other tax reporting requirements
- Proven project management experience and demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
- Advanced MS office and Google Workspace experience with the ability to navigate large data sets
- Experience with Workday Financials or other cloud-based ERP systems is a plus
