Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Guwahati, Assam, is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the positions of Project Associate-I and Internship in the project titled “IoT based product for healthcare applications” under the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department.
Project Details: The project aims to develop an IoT-based product for healthcare applications, integrating IoT devices with Cloud Servers and Edge devices. The IoT devices will include sensors and mechanical modalities, with connectivity options such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. A mobile application will facilitate operation and monitoring of the IoT devices, analyze sensor data, and display results. Data will be stored in the cloud, and data analytics will be conducted. Additionally, plans include developing a web-based full-stack software solution.
Details of Positions:
1. Project Associate-I
- Number of Posts: 2
- Monthly Assistantship: Rs. 25,000
- Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (including final year) or M.Tech in Engineering (ECE, CSE, IT, EE or relevant branch) or MCA
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in computer programming
- Knowledge of tools for Mobile Application design, web-based software, or IoT hardware
2. Internship
- Number of Posts: 1
- Monthly Assistantship: Rs. 10,000
- Eligibility Criteria: Students in UG engineering with exposure to IoT-based system design, Web-based software design
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in computer programming
- Knowledge of tools for Mobile Application design, web-based software, or IoT hardware
