National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the following positions for the establishment of the Incubation Center named Bio-NEST NIPER-Guwahati:

Essential Qualification:
- Doctorate in Life Sciences or allied sciences from a recognized University with at least 10 years experience (excluding the Ph.D. tenure, if any) in at least 2-3 sectors including Industry, CRO, Technology Business Incubators, Start-ups, Innovation Management, or Academic / Research organizations. OR
- Master’s Degree in Business Management from a recognized University with 15 years’ managerial experience in at least 2-3 sectors including Industry, CRO, Technology Business Incubators, Start-ups, Venture Capital Firms in Technology Sectors, Innovation Management.
- Experience in articulating incubation policy documents, knowledge of startup and entrepreneur ecosystem, proactive networking with industry, incubation center, and mentoring for routine operations.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/ Allied Areas/ is preferable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working at Science and Technology-driven start-up incubators.
Incubation Manager

Essential Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in Business Management/ Technology/Allied Science with a minimum of 60 percent.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/ Allied Areas/ Technology is preferable.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in the relevant field excluding the duration of Ph.D.
Technical Officer
No. of posts: 1
Essential Qualification:
- Post Graduation in Life Sciences or Allied Areas.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the relevant field.
