Assam Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation Ltd. (AUIDFCL) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for various technical and managerial positions. All positions are contractual, initially for a period of 11 months. Available Positions:
1. AGM (Technical)
- No. of Posts: 1
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Additional qualifications in MBA or Law are preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in planning and executing large-scale infrastructure projects, including high-rise buildings, drainage, water supply, well foundations, and bridges.
- Expertise in preparing DPRs, concept reports, PPRs, project DPRs for multi-lateral funding agencies, and tender documents is essential.
- Strong administrative skills and experience in coordinating with various departments, agencies, and stakeholders are required.
- Experience working with Government/PSUs and Externally Aided Projects is preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of January 1, 2024
2. Senior Manager (IT & EAP)
- No. of Posts: 1
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a Master’s degree in Computer Application from a recognized university or institute.
- 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 7 years handling EAP/ADB/World Bank-funded projects, including project preparation and completion.
- Knowledge of project readiness criteria, loan appraisal procedures, and large-scale Government Projects is required.
- Experience in ICT-centric e-governance/ Mission Mode projects and supporting GoI/State Government/ULBs is essential.
- Proficiency in MIS/dashboard management, software development, and project performance management is preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of January 1, 2024
3. Assistant Manager (Technical)
- No. of Posts: 2
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- A Master’s degree in Public Health Engineering/Structural Engineering is preferred.
- 5 years of experience for candidates with a master’s degree and 8 years for those with only a graduate degree.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Water Supply Engineer, including planning and executing major water supply projects.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of January 1, 2024
4. HR Associates
- No. of Posts: 1
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resource from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in human resources management, including recruitment, information system management, and employee relations.
- Experience in managing personnel records and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to the organization’s HR systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email is required.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of January 1, 2024
