Bodoland University, Assam, is pleased to announce openings for the position of Guest Faculty in the Departments of Botany and Education. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals to contribute to the academic growth of the university.

1. Guest Faculty in Department of Education
Number of Posts: 2
Qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks in a discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
- A postgraduate degree in education (M.Ed./M.A. Education) with a minimum of 55% marks.
2. Guest Faculty in Department of Botany
Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or similar tests accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Alternatively, candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standard and Procedure for award M.Phil/Ph.D./Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments are exempt from NET/SLET/SET.
Salary: Rs. 1000/- per hour, up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates interested in these positions are invited to attend a walk-in interview on 12th August 2024 at 10:30 AM. The interview will be held at the Administrative Building, Bodoland University, Debargaon, P.O.- Rangalikhata, Kokrajhar, PIN-783370, BTC, Assam.
