1. Group General Manager (Civil): 3 Positions
2. Group General Manager (IT): 1 Position
3. Group General Manager (Mechanical): 1 Position
4. Group General Manager (ES&T): 1 Position
5. Group General Manager (Finance): 1 Position
6. Deputy General Manager (HR): 4 Positions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Group General Manager (Civil): Must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 23 years of post-qualification experience.
• Group General Manager (IT): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, along with 23 years of post-qualification experience.
• Group General Manager (Mechanical): Should have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines and 23 years of post-qualification experience.
• Group General Manager (ES&T): A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields is required, with 23 years of post-qualification experience.
• Group General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 23 years of post-qualification experience is essential.
• Deputy General Manager (HR): An MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR or Personnel Management with 11 years of post-qualification experience is required.
