- Banker Faculty (on contract basis)
- Number of Posts: 3
- Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, and preferably have the CAIIB qualification.
- Experience: The ideal candidate will be a retired officer from any Public Sector Bank, having worked at the level of Chief Manager or higher. Candidates with experience in training, content development for recruitment exams, or public sector bank examinations will be given preference.

- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or related fields. Candidates with additional qualifications in Educational Testing, Technology in Assessment, or AI in exams will be preferred.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 12 years of post-Ph.D. experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent. Experience in content creation for examinations, psychometrics, data analysis, and AI-based assessment technologies is highly desirable.
