Assam Career : The National Institute of Design (NID) Jorhat, Assam, is inviting applications for the position of Registrar on a deputation basis. This recruitment offers a unique opportunity for qualified candidates to contribute to one of India’s premier design institutions.

Assam Career : Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in relevant fields within Government, Educational, or Research Institutions. Candidates should have held a senior management position with experience in academic activities and operational procedures in higher educational institutions, preferably related to design or fashion technology.
Additional Eligibility for Deputation:
- Officers from Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory Bodies, or Research Development organizations holding analogous posts, or those with at least two years of service in a position at pay level 12 or above.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in computer systems for information processing and retrieval.
- Preference for candidates with experience in design institutions.
Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 56 years as of the last date of application.
