Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, and Process Improvement.
- Oversee AASSC operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Ensure compliance with norms provided by funding agencies and address industry requirements effectively.
- Maintain strong financial, knowledge, and partnership resources for the organization.
- Evaluate departmental reports and analyze trends for business growth and efficiency.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of executives and staff for alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent and promote AASSC at regional, national, and international levels.
- Develop and implement strategies for generating resources to ensure the organization’s sustainability.
- Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans and targets.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
