Essential Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in industrial or research-based project management.

M.Tech/M.Sc in the above disciplines with 5 years of experience in R&D, industrial projects, or technology development.

Ph.D. with 2 years of experience in a related field, managing research-driven technology projects.

Additional Advantage:

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.

Expertise in technology commercialization, startup incubation, or intellectual property management.

2. Technical Lead

Essential Qualification:

Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, or similar disciplines.

2-5 years of post-doctoral experience in hydrogen separation, CO₂ capture, or membrane-based separations.

Proficiency in Aspen Plus, COMSOL, Modelica/Dymola, MATLAB, or other process modeling tools.

Experience in pilot plant development, process optimization, and scale-up.

3. Assistant Project Engineer

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience in:

Designing chemical process equipment.
